1. Acceptance of Terms

Enhanced AI is owned and operated by [Your Company LLC] (“Enhanced AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), currently prepared for operation in the United States. Update the legal entity name, address, and jurisdiction before a paid public launch.

By accessing, creating an account, subscribing to, or using Enhanced AI, including any related websites, services, content, features, forums, AI tools, or educational materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service and must delete your account (when accounts are enabled).

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law; (d) you will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws; and (e) you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted or made available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

2. Not Medical Advice

Enhanced AI is an informational, educational, tracking, research-organization, and discussion tool only.

Nothing in the Service, and no feature, output, content, calculation, estimate, score, chart, reminder, alert, notification, report, AI response, educational summary, lab visualization, protocol log, forum post, or dashboard, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, dosing instruction, prescription guidance, clinical guidance, or professional healthcare advice of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Enhanced AI does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition;

• Enhanced AI does not recommend substances, dosages, schedules, protocols, injection techniques, stacks, PCT plans, or treatment plans for you as a patient;

• Enhanced AI does not sell, distribute, prescribe, compound, source, recommend, or promote the purchase of any performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs of any class), anabolic–androgenic steroids, SARMs, peptides, hormones, growth factors, research chemicals, prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and medications, controlled substances, compounded products, supplements marketed for performance or body composition, and any other drug, medication, or related substance — including non-prescribed, off-label, diverted, or otherwise misused use;

• Enhanced AI does not verify the safety, legality, authenticity, purity, identity, dosage, labeling, storage, or source of any substance you log, track, research, discuss, or reference;

• Enhanced AI does not encourage, endorse, or facilitate non-prescribed use, off-label enhancement use, diversion, polypharmacy without clinical supervision, self-experimentation, and any other misuse of drugs or pharmaceuticals;

• Enhanced AI is not run or operated as a medical practice, and no medical professional reviews every input you provide or every AI or forum output as clinical care;

• You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related, medication-related, drug-related, pharmaceutical-related, PED-related, nutrition-related, or fitness-related decision;

• Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

Enhanced AI has no liability for potential or actual injuries, damages, claims, or harms arising from your use of the Service.

All features — including but not limited to the AI Assistant, protocol tracking, lab report tools, forum, evidence cards, references, course-style materials, subscription features, reminders, and exports — are for informational, educational, and personal record-keeping purposes only.

No Professional Relationship. Use of the Service does not create any physician-patient, healthcare provider-patient, pharmacist-patient, dietitian-client, trainer-client, coach-client, advisor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Enhanced AI, [Your Company LLC], or any of our service providers. As between you and Enhanced AI, there is no patient-physician privilege arising from use of the Service.

Emergency Situations. Enhanced AI is not designed for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

HIPAA. Enhanced AI is not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). The Service is not designed to store or process protected health information on behalf of a healthcare provider, health plan, or clearinghouse. You are discouraged from submitting sensitive medical information beyond what is necessary to use tracking features. If you choose to submit such information, you do so at your own risk, and you acknowledge that Enhanced AI does not guarantee that such information will be treated as protected health information under HIPAA.

3. Use of the Service and User Responsibility

Enhanced AI is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults 18 years of age or older, except as we expressly allow (e.g., forum participation under these Terms).

You are solely responsible for:

• Any substances you choose to research, use, possess, administer, purchase, import, store, or track;

• The accuracy of all data you enter into the Service;

• How you interpret or act on any information displayed in the Service;

• Any decision you make based on content, AI responses, estimates, charts, references, forum posts, or educational materials;

• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;

• The condition, storage, handling, legality, and use of any substances you log or discuss;

• Maintaining safe access to your devices and account;

• Consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decision.

Jurisdiction and Legality. Laws governing performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs of any class), anabolic–androgenic steroids, SARMs, peptides, hormones, growth factors, research chemicals, prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and medications, controlled substances, compounded products, supplements marketed for performance or body composition, and any other drug, medication, or related substance — including non-prescribed, off-label, diverted, or otherwise misused use vary significantly by country, state, and locality. Rules also differ for prescription-only status, controlled-substance scheduling, importation, possession, and non-prescribed use, off-label enhancement use, diversion, polypharmacy without clinical supervision, self-experimentation, and any other misuse of drugs or pharmaceuticals. Enhanced AI makes no representation that any information in the Service complies with any particular regulation.

It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws regarding any substance you research, possess, import, purchase, track, administer, or use — including laws against non-prescribed use, off-label enhancement use, diversion, polypharmacy without clinical supervision, self-experimentation, and any other misuse of drugs or pharmaceuticals.

Enhanced AI makes no representation that any substance discussed, referenced, displayed, trackable, or described in the Service is legal, safe, available, approved, or appropriate in your jurisdiction, or safe or appropriate for you.

References to performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs of any class), anabolic–androgenic steroids, SARMs, peptides, hormones, growth factors, research chemicals, prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and medications, controlled substances, compounded products, supplements marketed for performance or body composition, and any other drug, medication, or related substance — including non-prescribed, off-label, diverted, or otherwise misused use anywhere in the Service are for informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement, promotion, recommendation, medical advice, prescription guidance, encouragement of non-prescribed use, off-label enhancement use, diversion, polypharmacy without clinical supervision, self-experimentation, and any other misuse of drugs or pharmaceuticals, or a representation of legality.

Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge that researching, tracking, possessing, administering, using, stacking, or otherwise engaging with performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs of any class), anabolic–androgenic steroids, SARMs, peptides, hormones, growth factors, research chemicals, prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and medications, controlled substances, compounded products, supplements marketed for performance or body composition, and any other drug, medication, or related substance — including non-prescribed, off-label, diverted, or otherwise misused use — including any non-prescribed use, off-label enhancement use, diversion, polypharmacy without clinical supervision, self-experimentation, and any other misuse of drugs or pharmaceuticals — may involve known and unknown risks, including side effects, adverse reactions, dependence, incorrect dosage or administration, contamination or mislabeling, improper storage, drug–drug and drug–supplement interactions, contraindications, infection or injury, risks not identified in literature, serious injury, or death.

You assume full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from or related to any information obtained through the Service. Enhanced AI is an organizational and educational tool, not a diagnostic or treatment device.

4. AI Outputs — No Reliance for Dosing or Clinical Decisions

The AI Assistant (and any future bots, insights, or generative features) may synthesize community patterns, literature, and user-provided context.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, or inappropriate for your circumstances. They may not reflect current medical standards, scientific consensus, regulatory guidance, or your individual medical situation.

You must not rely on AI (or any Service content) to make dosing decisions, cycle or protocol design decisions, drug or pharmaceutical acquisition decisions, lab interpretation decisions used as clinical care, or other medical decisions — and you must not use the Service to facilitate non-prescribed use, off-label enhancement use, diversion, polypharmacy without clinical supervision, self-experimentation, and any other misuse of drugs or pharmaceuticals.

Any dose ranges, stacks, durations, or protocol patterns mentioned are informational syntheses — including what communities often discuss or what literature describes — not instructions directing you to take, misuse, divert, or administer any substance.

You must independently verify information and consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting.

5. Internet Access, Devices, and Availability

Some features require an active internet connection, a compatible browser or device, and (when enabled) cloud or third-party AI services.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining internet access, compatible devices, software, permissions, storage, and any other requirements needed to use the Service.

Enhanced AI is not responsible if the Service or any feature is unavailable, delayed, limited, inaccurate, or interrupted because of connectivity issues, device settings, third-party outages, AI provider outages, hosting issues, carrier/ISP issues, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for any data charges or third-party fees that may apply when using the Service.

6. Notifications and Reminders

Reminders, alerts, and notifications (if offered) are convenience features only. They may be delayed, missed, duplicated, inaccurate, or fail to deliver.

Enhanced AI is not responsible for any consequence of a missed, delayed, inaccurate, duplicated, or failed reminder, notification, log, export, or alert.

You should not rely on Enhanced AI reminders or notifications for medical, medication, dosing, treatment, emergency, or safety-critical decisions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose;

• Use the Service to facilitate the illegal purchase, sale, distribution, importation, administration, diversion, or promotion of any performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs of any class), anabolic–androgenic steroids, SARMs, peptides, hormones, growth factors, research chemicals, prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and medications, controlled substances, compounded products, supplements marketed for performance or body composition, and any other drug, medication, or related substance — including non-prescribed, off-label, diverted, or otherwise misused use;

• Use the Service to plan, encourage, or facilitate non-prescribed use, off-label enhancement use, diversion, polypharmacy without clinical supervision, self-experimentation, and any other misuse of drugs or pharmaceuticals of any drug or pharmaceutical;

• Post, request, or share sourcing, vendors, shop links, telegram/discord sellers, payment instructions, diversion schemes, or “where to buy” guidance for any restricted, controlled, prescription-only, unapproved, or otherwise regulated substance;

• Use the Service to make medical or pharmaceutical decisions without consulting a licensed healthcare provider;

• Misuse AI features to demand actionable illegal sourcing, dosing-for-others as clinical care, content involving minors, or other prohibited outputs;

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or inaccurate data;

• Submit content or data of another person without that person’s explicit consent;

• Harass, exploit, harm, dox, impersonate, or violate the rights of another person;

• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, modify, or extract source code, models, databases, or non-public data except as permitted by law;

• Use bots, crawlers, or automated systems to abuse the Service;

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks;

• Circumvent paywalls, entitlement checks, age gates, or security features;

• Upload malware or harmful code;

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or platform rule.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. If we believe you have used or may use the Service to violate law, we reserve the right to contact law enforcement where appropriate.

8. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, notifying us of unauthorized use, and keeping your devices secure.

Enhanced AI is not liable for loss, damage, unauthorized access, or account activity arising from your failure to safeguard credentials or devices.

9. Third-Party Services

Enhanced AI may integrate with or rely on third-party services, which may include hosting providers, analytics, authentication providers, payment processors, email providers, and AI model providers (for example, when a live LLM is connected).

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies. Enhanced AI is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, downtime, model outputs, billing decisions, security practices, or availability of any third-party service.

When AI features are enabled, your prompts and context (which may include chat content and optionally protocol or lab context you choose to share) may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. By using those features, you consent to that transmission as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of features that depend on third-party services is subject to their respective terms. Enhanced AI will not have liability for harms arising solely from third-party services.

10. Feature-Specific Disclaimers

AI Assistant. AI responses are educational and informational only. They may be wrong. They are not medical advice, dosing instructions, or personalized clinical care. Do not rely on them for health decisions, PED decisions, or any decisions involving drugs, pharmaceuticals, or non-prescribed use, off-label enhancement use, diversion, polypharmacy without clinical supervision, self-experimentation, and any other misuse of drugs or pharmaceuticals.

Protocol tracking. Protocol entries reflect only information you enter. The Service does not verify substances, doses, legality, purity, or appropriateness — whether PEDs, medications, or other substances. Logs are organizational records, not prescriptions.

Lab tools. Lab uploads, tables, trends, and explanations are organizational and educational aids. They do not replace interpretation by a licensed clinician. Reference ranges and flags may be simplified, inaccurate, or inapplicable to you.

Forum. Forum content is user-generated and may be anecdotal, wrong, or unsafe. Enhanced AI does not endorse forum claims. Community reports are not medical research.

Evidence cards and references. Citations and evidence-quality labels are informational aids and may be incomplete or outdated. We do not guarantee link accuracy or study applicability.

Exports and reports. Any exports or summaries are generated from your inputs and system outputs. You are responsible for their accuracy and for any decisions made by you or recipients.

General AI limitations. Correlation is not causation. Patterns in your data or in community discussion do not establish medical truth.

11. Beta Features

From time to time, Enhanced AI may offer beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features (“Beta Features”). Beta Features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, or discontinued at any time without notice, and are provided “as is.”

12. Subscriptions and Billing

Enhanced AI Pro (or similar paid plans) may be offered through our website and/or third-party payment processors.

Pricing, trial availability, included features, and billing periods may vary. The price and terms shown at checkout control your purchase when real billing is enabled.

Prototype billing may be simulated for demonstration. When real payments are enabled, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will follow the payment provider’s terms and any supplemental billing terms we publish.

We may change subscription prices or features. Where required, notice will be provided. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

Uninstalling or stopping use of the website does not by itself cancel a paid subscription processed by a third party; follow that provider’s cancellation flow.

13. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including protocol data, lab data, chat inputs, forum posts, photos, and notes (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Enhanced AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use User Content solely to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the Service, as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

This license includes use of de-identified or aggregated derivatives as described in the Privacy Policy, and survives termination as needed for backups, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

You represent that you have all rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or law.

14. Modifications, Updates, and Discontinuation

We may modify, suspend, replace, limit, remove, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, including features available when you subscribed.

We may suspend or discontinue the Service for commercial, technical, legal, or operational reasons. We are not responsible for loss of access or data resulting from discontinuation, platform restriction, or force majeure, except as required by law.

15. Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, Enhanced AI may use that Feedback freely without obligation, attribution, or compensation to you, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, content we provide, and related intellectual property, is owned by [Your Company LLC] or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, or create derivative works from the Service unless expressly authorized in writing. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

17. Business Transfers

If [Your Company LLC], Enhanced AI, or substantially all of our assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your account, User Content, subscription information, and other information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Enhanced AI, [Your Company LLC], AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Enhanced AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE; THAT AI RESPONSES, CALCULATIONS, ESTIMATES, REFERENCES, OR EDUCATIONAL CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, CURRENT, SAFE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOU; OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Enhanced AI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE SAFETY, LEGALITY, EFFICACY, PURITY, IDENTITY, AUTHENTICITY, DOSAGE, STORAGE, LABELING, SOURCE, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY SUBSTANCE DISCUSSED, REFERENCED, LOGGED, OR TRACKED IN THE SERVICE.

Enhanced AI DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC HEALTH, FITNESS, OR OTHER OUTCOME.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Enhanced AI, [Your Company LLC], AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: your use of or inability to use the Service; any health outcome, injury, illness, adverse effect, overdose, underdose, improper administration, infection, allergic reaction, or death; any substance you research, possess, purchase, import, track, administer, or use; reliance on any feature, output, estimate, AI response, forum post, report, educational content, or calculation; protocol or lab tools; loss of data or service interruptions; acts or omissions of third-party providers; unauthorized access to your account or device; or any matter related to these Terms or the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Enhanced AI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

Time Limitation. Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought within one year of the date the cause of action arose, or it is permanently waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Basis of the Bargain. You acknowledge that these limitations and disclaimers are a fundamental basis of the agreement between you and Enhanced AI, and that the Service would not be provided without them.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enhanced AI, [Your Company LLC], and their officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, agents, partners, licensors, service providers, successors, assigns, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms or law; laws governing substances in your jurisdiction; your reliance on any Service content or AI output; User Content you submit; health-related decisions or outcomes; injury or death related to substances you logged, researched, possessed, administered, purchased, or used; content you share; fraud, negligence, or misuse; or disputes with third parties relating to your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate.

21. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating arbitration or any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@enhancedai.example and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Enhanced AI agree to resolve any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, your account, your subscription, or your relationship with Enhanced AI through binding individual arbitration under applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver. All claims must be brought on an individual basis. You and Enhanced AI each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, mass, private attorney general, or representative proceeding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Jury Trial Waiver. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you and Enhanced AI each waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@enhancedai.example within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, including your name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration does not opt you out of other parts of these Terms.

Exceptions. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court where permitted, or from seeking temporary injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, security abuse, or misuse of the Service.

22. Export Control and Sanctions

You may not access or use the Service if you are located in a country or region subject to applicable government embargoes or sanctions, or if you are listed on a prohibited or restricted parties list, or if your use would violate export control or sanctions laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

23. Force Majeure

Enhanced AI is not liable for failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, legal or regulatory requirements, power or internet failures, cloud or AI provider outages, platform restrictions, or other force majeure events.

24. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or law; your use creates risk; your account is involved in fraud or abuse; we are required to do so by law or a provider; or continuing the Service is no longer feasible.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Subscription cancellations follow the applicable billing provider. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including IP, User Content licenses as described, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law.

25. Severability; No Waiver; Assignment

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary if permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law. These Terms bind and benefit permitted successors and assigns.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
